Overview

This concept app was created in collaboration with a friend after a devastating earthquake struck Myanmar in early 2025 and flood disaster. The goal: to design an app that helps people stay safe during natural disasters like earthquakes and floods. My friend led the concept and feature ideas, and I translated them into a clear and user-friendly interface.

My Role: Visual Designer

• Designed the app’s full UI layout in Figma
• Created a clean, mobile-friendly interface
• Chose color schemes, icons, and typography for readability and emotional impact
• CFocused on accessibility and clarity for urgent use cases

App Features (Conceptual)

• Emergency Alerts: Earthquake and flood notifications
• Emergency Contacts: Quick access to important numbers
• Awareness Quiz: Engaging quiz to educate users on weather safety and disaster preparedness

Purpose

This project was inspired by real events in our home country, Myanmar. Many people lost their homes and lives in the recent disaster. The app’s goal is to promote awareness and make emergency information accessible to all ages.
